轉(zhuan)(zhuan)筒(tong)式(shi)微濾(lv)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)去(qu)除(chu)循(xun)環水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)固(gu)態懸浮的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng),對系統(tong)中(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)濾(lv)床硝(xiao)化(hua)(hua)作用(yong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)正面的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響。雖然氨(an)氮轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)菌(jun)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)也需要(yao)一定的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu), 魚類排泄物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)餌料殘渣(zha)使(shi)養(yang)殖水(shui)(shui)體的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)含(han)量(liang)較高,過多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)會引發有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)消(xiao)化(hua)(hua)菌(jun)的(de)(de)(de)繁(fan)殖,并與(yu)氨(an)氮轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)菌(jun)在生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)膜(mo)中(zhong)競(jing)爭(zheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)空間、溶解(jie)氧及(ji)營養(yang)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)消(xiao)化(hua)(hua)菌(jun)的(de)(de)(de)繁(fan)殖率比氨(an)氮轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)菌(jun)要(yao)快得多(duo),這將造成(cheng)養(yang)殖系統(tong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)過濾(lv)器氨(an)氮去(qu)除(chu)率低,例如,當生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)需氧量(liang)(COD)與(yu)氨(an)態氮之比大于2.7時(shi),氨(an)氮去(qu)除(chu)率將下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)70%左右。有(you)(you)(you)(you)實驗(yan)表明使(shi)用(yong)微濾(lv)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)濾(lv)床進、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)口之亞硝(xiao)酸態氮濃(nong)度平均差(cha)高于0.4mg/L,不使(shi)用(yong)微濾(lv)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)之平均濃(nong)度差(cha)為0.1mg/L以下(xia)。所以微濾(lv)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)對循(xun)環水(shui)(shui)養(yang)殖系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)質改(gai)善具有(you)(you)(you)(you)實質上的(de)(de)(de)貢獻。對于降(jiang)(jiang)低養(yang)殖排放水(shui)(shui)對環境所造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響及(ji)節(jie)省水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan),有(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)益處。
轉(zhuan)筒式(shi)微(wei)(wei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機是一(yi)種轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)式(shi)篩(shai)網(wang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)附有(you)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang),轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)置(zhi)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中工作時(shi),2/5濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)浸沒在水(shui)(shui)(shui)中,被(bei)(bei)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)沿軸向進入轉(zhuan)鼓(gu),經篩(shai)網(wang)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出,水(shui)(shui)(shui)中雜質(細(xi)小的(de)懸浮物、纖維、紙漿等)即(ji)被(bei)(bei)截留于(yu)鼓(gu)筒上(shang)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)內面(mian)。當截留在濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)上(shang)的(de)雜質被(bei)(bei)轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)帶到(dao)上(shang)部時(shi),被(bei)(bei)篩(shai)網(wang)外側的(de)反(fan)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖(chong)到(dao)排(pai)污槽內流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出,實現固、液兩相分離,反(fan)沖(chong)洗受(shou)定時(shi)器(qi)(qi)或液位傳感器(qi)(qi)控(kong)制。過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)過(guo)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)又回流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)到(dao)池中循環使用(yong)(yong)。微(wei)(wei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)采用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力驅(qu)動(dong),連(lian)續自動(dong)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)。整個設備采用(yong)(yong)全塑料材質,抗腐蝕性*。篩(shai)網(wang)材料為(wei)尼龍,網(wang)孔為(wei)80~300目,微(wei)(wei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機運(yun)(yun)行(xing)時(shi)的(de)轉(zhuan)數(shu)為(wei)1-3r/min,流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)量30-120m3/h,反(fan)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓0.2~0.3MPa,沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)量為(wei)生(sheng)產水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)0.5-1.0%。微(wei)(wei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在養殖池的(de)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口,低(di)于(yu)地面(mian)標高,水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)可自流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)進入,水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失約(yue)0.5米。微(wei)(wei)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機:處(chu)理(li)(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量大(da),運(yun)(yun)行(xing)成(cheng)本低(di);安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)簡單,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)更換方便,維修(xiu)工作量少,使用(yong)(yong)壽命長;功(gong)(gong)耗小,100m3/H功(gong)(gong)耗僅500W,。
